Returns Policy
Change of Mind?
We want every customer to be happy with our products, we ask to please choose and read the product information carefully but if you change your mind, it is fine.
You're welcome to return any products in a re-saleable condition by posting it back to us within 14 days of arriving to your door. Once inspected we will issue a refund.
The product price will be refunded excluding the shipping fee.
We do not offer exchanges, if you still want to order please place a new order.
The Sale items and clearance items cannot be returned nor exchanged unless deemed faulty

Return goods Inspection
The goods will be inspected by our team upon arrival, if it is in the re-saleabl condition, we will process the refund procedure directly; If it is damaged but still re-saleable then the refund amount will be affected (due to it won’t be sell in regular price but will be on Clearance).
